Cindy Novak

Cindy Novak is an experienced human resources professional with a substantial background in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at BayMark Health Services since April 2014, Cindy has previously held key human resources positions at Bonded Lightning Protection Systems, Ltd. and Sante Pediatric Services, where Cindy served as Vice President of Human Resources until March 2013. Prior to that, Cindy was the Director of Human Resources at Horizon Health for over a decade, from May 1998 to December 2010.
