Vaughn Bell has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in business development and marketing roles. Vaughn Bell, MDiv, CEI has a diverse education history. Vaughn obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Samford University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Following that, they pursued a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree with a focus on Pastoral Counseling at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, completing their studies from 1985 to 1989.

In 2020, Vaughn Bell enrolled in the Addiction Training Center to earn a Certification in an undisclosed field of study. Additionally, Vaughn Bell holds various certifications, including being a Certified Event Interventionist obtained from the Addiction Training Center in November 2020, a Certified COS Sales Trainer from Vital Learning - Helping Managers Grow, obtained in May 2000, a Certified Drug, Alcohol, and Addiction Counselor, and a Certified Marriage and Family Therapist, both obtained in 1990 from the ICAADC and the INDIANA ASSOCIATION FOR MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPY INC, respectively.
