Harshit Srivastava

Harshit Srivastava has extensive experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter, having worked for various companies. In 2015, they joined Acro Service Corp as a Technical Recruiter, where they recruited for leading companies in industries such as automotive, telecom, defense, aerospace, healthcare, oil, and energy. Harshit continued in this role until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Mindlance as a Senior Technical Recruiter, focusing on recruiting for major clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. In 2019, they joined SysMind LLC as a Senior Technical Recruiter, recruiting for companies in the automotive, telecom, defense, aerospace, healthcare, oil, and energy industry. Harshit stayed there until early 2019 before moving to COGENT Infotech as a Senior Technical Recruiter. At COGENT Infotech, Harshit recruited for leading companies in various industries, including automotive, aerospace, IT, logistics, and finance. Harshit is currently working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at BayOne Solutions from November 2020. Throughout their work experience, Harshit has demonstrated skills in developing action plans and recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.

Harshit Srivastava completed their high school education at RPM Academy from 2008 to 2011, where they studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Staffordshire University between 2011 and 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Harshit Srivastava obtained a certification in PHP from Aptech in November 2013.
