Saswati Das is currently serving as a Program Specialist at BayOne Solutions since March 2022. Prior to this role, Saswati held various positions at Allegis Global Solutions, starting as a Recruiter 1 and progressing to the role of Senior Recruiter and eventually Program Analyst. Saswati completed their Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Development from KIIT School of Management (KSOM) in 2018 after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Ravenshaw University in 2016.
