Suva Sharma has a diverse work history that spans over 25 years. Suva began their career as a Software Engineer at Tata Motors, where they developed manufacturing applications using RDBMS and data-processing technologies.

Suva then worked as a Senior Consultant at Data-Core Systems Inc., where they helped clients migrate to SAP and Oracle ERP systems using their patented automation technology. Suva pioneered the use of ETL before it became mainstream and wrote the entire code for their ETL tool.

At Oracle Corporation, Suva held the role of Group Development Manager and Senior Applications Architect. Suva played a key role in the adoption and translation of Oracle Applications suite into multiple languages, achieving an unprecedented internationalization release.

As the Director of Product Development at LogiGear Corporation, Suva managed a team of overseas tech resources and balanced the needs of marketing, professional services, and senior leadership. Suva contributed to the success of TestArchitect, an Agile Testing tool.

Suva worked as a Senior Manager at PRTM Management Consultants (now part of PricewaterhouseCoopers), where they created strategic sourcing platforms for clients. Suva'swork enabled cost savings and efficient vendor comparison, leading to significant savings for clients.

For the past decade, Suva has been at Cisco, primarily focusing on IT Planning. Suva implemented cost-saving measures, such as consolidating data centers and moving services to the cloud. Suva also played a key role in implementing an integrated DCIM solution and a data lake for advanced reporting and analytics.

Currently, Suva holds a senior advisory and consulting role at BayOne Solutions, specializing in Digital Transformation Services, including Big Data, AI, and Deep Learning. BayOne Solutions has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the SF Bay Area for the last three years.

Suva Sharma has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, which was obtained from 1988 to 1992. Suva later pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, completing it from 2004 to 2007. In 2018, Suva enrolled in the Data Science Leadership Program at Case Western Reserve University, focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning.
