Charles Rayner

Charles Rayner is a Managing Director at BayPine. Previously, he was a Principal at Declaration Partners, which he joined in 2017. Prior to that, he was on the investment team at Marble Arch, a value-investing hedge fund, and Conatus Capital, a fundamental equity-focused hedge fund. Mr. Rayner began his career in the Private Equity Group at Blackstone. Over his public and private equity career, Mr. Rayner has invested in a variety of industrial sectors, including aerospace & defense, construction materials, distribution, manufacturing, security, and related software & services. Mr. Rayner currently serves on the board of New Frontier Materials. He attended the University of Pennsylvania (BA and BS, 2007) and Harvard Business School (MBA, 2014).
