Jayna Montalvo

Jayna Montalvo is the Senior Accountant of both BayPine and Declaration Partners, which she joined in 2022. Prior to that, Mrs. Montalvo spent 16 years as a senior accountant/treasury associate at Vestar Capital Partners, a leading U.S. middle-market private equity firm specializing in management buyouts and growth capital investments. She holds a BA from Baruch College.
