Jessie Wechsler

Jessie Wechsler is a Principal at BayPine. Previously, she was a vice president at AEA Investors, which she joined in 2017, and where she was a member of the middle market private equity team. During her time at AEA, Ms. Wechsler focused on evaluating and executing AEA’s investments in the consumer, retail, and services sectors, where she played a leadership role in many of the group’s investments in tech-enabled and category-creating brands. In addition to evaluating new deals in these verticals, Ms. Wechsler has extensive experience working alongside management teams to execute transformative business plans, bolt-on acquisitions, refinancings/restructurings, and public market exists. Prior to her time at AEA, she was an associate at Bregal Partners, a consumer-focused private equity firm based in New York, and held positions early on in her career at Blackrock Alternative Investors and Goldman Sachs. She holds an AB from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
