Suzana Kolimba

Suzana Kolimba is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations. Currently serving as the ESG Strategic Champion at Bayport Financial Services since June 2014, Suzana has previously held key positions including Head of Human Capital and Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities have included operationalizing ESG strategies, overseeing HR practices, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring employee engagement and compliance. With a diverse background that includes roles at IT Farm Technologies, ALIOS FINANCE, and Vodacom, Suzana has demonstrated proficiency in HR administration, employee relations, and operational management. Suzana holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the same institution.
