Ruby Del Aguila has worked in a variety of roles since 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they were an Assistant Manager of Merchandize at Macy's. Ruby then moved to Stony Brook, where they worked as a Research Assistant from 2002 to 2006. In 2006, they joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a Manager, and later became a Senior Chemist. In this role, they developed new products and technologies for the skin care segment, mentored new team members, and collaborated with suppliers to choose raw materials. In 2022, they became the Director of Research Development Skin Care at Bayport Laboratories.
Ruby Del Aguila completed their Masters in Chemistry/ Biochemistry Track from New York University in 2014. Prior to that, they earned their BS in GENETICS/PHYSICAL ANTHROPOLOGY from Stony Brook University in 2004.
