Grace Kong CHRL, ACC, CPC serves as the Chief Inclusion Officer and Head of Talent at Bayshore HealthCare since February 2022, focusing on strategic leadership, talent, and cultural transformation to enhance the employee experience for over 18,000 team members through inclusivity and diversity initiatives. Previously, Grace held various senior HR leadership positions at Cox Automotive Inc., including Head of Global Learning and International Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, and served as Chief People Officer for Canada and Brazil. Additional experience includes leadership roles at EMD Serono, Softchoice, GlaxoSmithKline, Baxter Healthcare, RBC Royal Bank, Fidelity Investments, Merrill Lynch, and Kelly Services. Grace holds an Honours Bachelor's of Science from the University of Toronto, is a Certified Professional Executive & Leadership Coach (CPC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Academy, and has a Post Graduate certification in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic.
