Kelsey Johnston is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in growth and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Growth and Operations at Bayshore HealthCare since April 2011, Kelsey oversees two high-performing branch locations in the Greater Toronto Area, focusing on exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and team development. Previous roles include Area Director for York Region and positions at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton, where responsibilities spanned management and administrative support within healthcare settings. Kelsey holds a BA in Psychology from McMaster University and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Health Services Management at Ryerson University.
