Shari Battaglia

Shari Battaglia has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as a Sales Director at Mary Kay Inc. since 1992, where Shari leads and motivates a unit of 80 women while managing a customer base exceeding 500. From April 2004 to June 2022, Shari owned Battaglia Enterprises, collaborating with top asset carriers to fulfill customer needs and ensuring high performance through effective staff management and data entry. Additionally, Shari worked as an instructor at John Casablancas Model and Talent Management from July 2005 to April 2015 and previously operated Lou Lou's Inc., a ladies' resort wear boutique, from 1987 to 1993. Early in Shari's career, freelance modeling and makeup artistry were undertaken with Familiar Faces between 1985 and 1992. Shari holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Psychology from Northern Kentucky University, earned between 1982 and 1987.
