Michael Metcalf is an experienced church leader with a diverse background in pastoral roles and business management. Currently serving as the Senior Pastor at Bayside Church and Senior Director of People, Performance & Culture since November 2019, Metcalf previously held positions such as Executive Pastor at The Cove Church and Campus Pastor at Life.Church, where responsibilities included launching new locations and leading significant community initiatives. Metcalf also has experience in the corporate sector as a Senior Planner at AIG, where strategies for client acquisition and investment were developed. With a solid educational foundation in Biblical and Pastoral Studies from Global University, Michael Metcalf has effectively combined leadership in ministry with management expertise.
