Alexandra Gawel, MPH, has extensive experience in health and fitness management, particularly in corporate wellness settings. Beginning as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Purdue University, Alexandra contributed to research in Exercise Physiology, focusing on the impact of leg heating on angiogenic growth factors and cytokines. Following this, a Health & Fitness Internship at MediFit Corporate Services involved promoting healthy living and designing exercise programs. Since July 2015, Alexandra has held multiple roles at BaySport, Inc., currently serving as Corporate Wellness Manager, overseeing operations for the Fitness Center at Sony Interactive Entertainment, which caters to over 2000 employees, and managing staff and group exercise instructors.
