Wendy Ferdin, SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 1993, they served as the Regional HR/OD Director for Wilhelmsen Maritime Services, overseeing North, South, and Central America. Wendy later joined CapRock Communications as the Director of Global Human Resources, specializing in international remote satellite communications. Wendy then transitioned to ALS Environmental, where they took on the role of HR Manager for North America. Following this, they worked as an HR Consultant, Coach, and Facilitator for The Leadership Ladder. Wendy's career continued at Universal Plant Services, where they initially served as the Director of Training & Recruitment and later became the Corporate Director of Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at BAYSTAR™/Bayport Polymers LLC, starting in 2022.

Wendy Ferdin, SHRM-SCP, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Almeda University. Wendy also holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the same institution. In addition to their education, Wendy has obtained certifications in various areas. Wendy has a Strategic HR Leadership certificate from Cornell University, obtained in August 2019.
