Shonna Kracinski

Shonna Kracinski, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. Starting in 1994, Kracinski worked as an Assistant Manager at Walmart. In 2002, they joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where they held multiple positions, including Developmental Specialist, Supervisor, Manager of Subscriber Services/Customer Service, and Reputation and Community Manager. Shonna'sresponsibilities included leading cross-functional teams, managing community feedback, and developing content strategies. Since 2015, Kracinski has been with Midland States Bank, where they have held positions such as Human Resources Generalist, Manager of Talent Development, and Director of Human Resources. Shonna currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer. With their extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles, Kracinski is a highly qualified professional in their field.

Shonna Kracinski, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Human Resources Management from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
