Ryan M. Reid has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Branch Manager at Baystate Pool Supplies and APC since July 2022. Previously, Ryan excelled as a District Manager at Leslie's Poolmart, Inc. for over a decade, achieving the Circle of Excellence Award and managing a 19-store market. Responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, building customer relations, coordinating staff training, and addressing customer inquiries. Ryan also gained valuable experience in various roles at OfficeMax, The Sentinel Newspaper, and NBC stations, combining a strong background in retail management with foundational skills in communication and journalism from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
