Shelly Garcia

Shelly Garcia is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resource roles across several companies. Currently serving as a Jr HR Officer at Bayview Technologies, Inc. since August 2014, Shelly has demonstrated leadership as a Team Leader and previously held positions including Sr HR Assistant and HR Generalist at Metrodeal Inc. and Megateam Corporation, respectively. Early career experience includes roles as HR Assistant at Lakeside Technologies, LLC, as well as at De La Salle Professional Schools Graduate School of Business. Shelly began their career in human resources at Export and Industry Bank as Chairman's Staff and Corporate Secretary's Associate. Shelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
