Jorge Varona

Jorge Varona is an experienced software development manager currently leading the .NET development team at Bayview Asset Management, LLC since June 2014, where Jorge has built the company's development infrastructure to enhance workflow processes. Previously, Varona served as the lead software engineer at Assurant Solutions from May 2003 to June 2014, successfully converting the CDSWEB application to the .NET platform. Earlier experience includes a role as a technical consultant and senior analyst at Florida Power & Light, where Jorge gathered requirements for application enhancements, and as an IT contractor and consultant at American Express, focusing on Y2K compliance.
