Tobias Horstmann

Tobias Horstmann has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and digital transformation. Tobias is currently working at BayWa AG as the SVP Global IT Solutions and Developments, where they started in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at BSH Home Appliances Group, where they held several roles including VP Digital Steering and VP IT and Digital Transition for Asia Pacific. Tobias also served as the Director of IT for Asia Pacific and Head of Financial Developments during their time at BSH. Before joining BSH, they worked at KirchMedia as a SAP Consultant. Overall, Tobias has a strong background in IT consulting and experience in leading and developing IT solutions and digital transformations in multinational companies.

Tobias Horstmann obtained their Diplom degree in Informatik (FH) from FH München, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
