Matt Neal

Matt Neal is an accomplished professional with a robust background in healthcare administration and leadership. Currently serving as President & CEO of Baywood Court Retirement Community since January 2020, Matt Neal leverages extensive experience to enhance operations and resident care. Prior to this role, Matt Neal served as a veteran in the US Army from December 1989 to February 1993, completing service with the 82nd Airborne Division and receiving an honorable discharge. Matt Neal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from California State University-Sacramento between 1994 and 1997.
