Senior Software Engineer (tech Lead) at Bazaarvoice

Alexei Nunez has a strong background in software engineering and quality assurance. Alexei began their career at The Critical Update as a Computer Repair Technician and Data Recovery Technician in 2011. Later that year, they joined Affinegy as a Software Engineer and QA Engineer, where they worked until 2013. Following that, they briefly worked at SparkCognition as a Full Stack Software Engineer in early 2014.

Since 2014, Alexei has been with Bazaarvoice, starting as a Software QA Engineer. In this role, they were involved in the development and management of an API key management system used by both external clients and internal development teams. Alexei also participated in an "on-call" rotation for a large-scale API.

Alexei progressed within Bazaarvoice and became a Software Engineer II in 2017. In this position, they were part of the API Infrastructure team and was responsible for managing and delivering various APIs to clients. This included DevOps, QA, CI/CD, 24x7 on-call schedule, new product development, and maintenance/bug fixes.

Recently, Alexei has been serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Bazaarvoice since 2019. In this role, they have continued to utilize their skills and expertise in software development.

In February 2021, Alexei transitioned to the role of Senior Software Engineer, where they continue to contribute their technical skills and experience to Bazaarvoice.
