Ben Francois

Ben Francois is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Divisional Vice President of Mid-Market Client Sales at Bazaarvoice since January 2020, where accomplishments include surpassing annual bookings goals by 108% and earning the President's Club Award. Prior to Bazaarvoice, Ben held several roles at The Knot Worldwide, culminating in the promotion to Manager of Account Management, overseeing a team responsible for over $10 million in accounts. Earlier experiences include various consulting and coaching roles at Yodle and Texas Gold Swimming, where Ben managed high-performance swim teams and was instrumental in client retention and growth. Ben holds an Associate's degree in Business from Southern New Hampshire University.
