Emily Rosenberry started their career as a Marketing Intern at Penn State University from January 2011 to May 2012. Emily then worked as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom in 2013. After that, they joined Vonage in 2014 and held various roles including Executive Coordinator, Customer Success Analyst from September 2014 to September 2015, Technical Trainer from October 2015 to February 2017, and Account Manager - Customer Success from March 2017 to December 2018. From January 2019 to June 2021, Emily worked as a Senior Program Manager - Customer Success Operations at Vonage, where they were responsible for building operational processes and developing customer engagement strategies. Recently, they joined Bazaarvoice as a Senior Account Manager in July 2021.
