Kayla Geiger began their work experience as a Team Member at Jamba Juice in February 2012 and stayed until January 2013. Kayla then worked as a Food Service Assistant at UD/Kennedy Union Dining Hall from January 2013 to December 2014. In 2015, they took on the role of Office Assistant at UD/Office of Enrollment and Marketing from January 2015 to May 2016. During the same time, they also worked as a Merchandising and Sales Intern at Mondelēz International from May 2015 to May 2016. In 2016, they joined LexisNexis as a Sales Development Representative from June 2016 to January 2017. Kayla then became a Telephonic Client Manager at LexisNexis from January 2017 to January 2018. After that, they worked as a Customer Experience Onboarding Specialist at LexisNexis from February 2018 to August 2019. Following that, they became a Digital Campaign Manager at Quotient Technology Inc. from September 2019 to October 2020. Currently, they are working at Bazaarvoice as an Engagement Manager since November 2020 and was promoted to Senior Engagement Manager in June 2023.

Kayla Geiger received their High School Diploma from Waubonsie Valley High School from 2009 to 2012. Subsequently, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Dayton, which they completed from 2012 to 2016.
