Loran leads Bazaarvoice’s corporate strategy and development processes, including the 2018 Marlin Equity Partners take-private of Bazaarvoice, and the acquisitions of AddStructure and Influenster. A member of the Bazaarvoice team since 2012.

A global expert in eCommerce and online retail, Loran has 17 years of progressive experience working with a global network of thousands of the world’s best retail and brand leaders to help them forge digital transformation and growth strategies. As a thought leader, Loran has represented Bazaarvoice at SXSW, WPP Checkout, Internet Retailer, Total Retail, eMarketer and the National Retail Federation, but most importantly, side-by-side with hundreds of our clients.

Prior to Bazaarvoice, Loran led global eCommerce and digital strategy for 3M Company’s Consumer Business Group. Previously, he led marketing, customer acquisition, and retail science for ShopNBC, then a Top 100 Internet Retailer. Loran studied Politics at Princeton University. Loran is a private pilot, civic leader in Austin, and most importantly, husband and father to two daughters.
