Rajdip Mitra has a diverse range of work experience in the field of design and user experience. Rajdip currently holds the position of Senior Product Designer at Bazaarvoice, where they focus on transforming conceptual ideas into valuable and useful products. Rajdip collaborates with other designers and engineers to oversee the user experience of new features and products.

Prior to their current role, Rajdip worked as a Sr. UX Designer at Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for creating intuitive user experiences. Rajdip also served as the User Experience Lead at Shadowfax, where they established a designer process and improved the user experience of the core product.

Rajdip has also gained entrepreneurial experience as the Founder and Design Head of Eleven18, a company focused on creating simple user experiences with outstanding design. Furthermore, they have served as a Lead User Experience Consultant at DigiFutura, where they effectively communicated design ideas and collaborated with developers to deliver final products.

Earlier in their career, Rajdip worked as a UI/UX Design Consultant at ShopX - 10i Commerce Services Pvt Ltd, where they translated concepts into wireframes and mockups for intuitive user experiences. Rajdip also served as the Creative Head UI and UX Design at Planetsurf Creations, overseeing all creative operations and resolving functional conflicts.

At Technicolor India, they focused on UI designing and menu design for DVD and Blu-ray discs, as well as motion graphics editing and compositing for various projects.

Rajdip Mitra began their education by attaining a Diploma in Fine Arts from Charu Kala Mandir between 1995 and 1997. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Animation and Computer Graphics from the Institute of Advanced Studies in Education from 2004 to 2007. In the same period, they also completed a Higher Diploma in Animation from Arena Animation. Rajdip has further enhanced their skills by obtaining several certifications in the field of design and user experience. These certifications include Design Thinking Foundation from IDEO in May 2022, Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International in March 2019, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) from The Interaction Design Foundation in April 2018, and various UX-related certifications from Udemy and Lynda.com in 2016 and 2017.
