Rosie Alvarez has extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Rosie currently holds the position of Vice President - Global Talent Management at Bazaarvoice. Prior to this, they served as Vice President - Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development & Learning at Hanger, Inc., where they provided executive leadership to the HR team and developed innovative strategies for nationwide recruiting efforts. Rosie also worked as the Vice President - Talent Management at BCFS Health & Human Services, where they oversaw talent management initiatives across multiple regions. At Acelity, they held the role of Senior HR Manager - Global Talent Acquisition and played a key role in the development and delivery of innovative healing solutions. Rosie's earlier experience includes serving as an HR Manager - Talent Acquisition at Seton Healthcare Family and as a Managing Partner at Beacon Executive Search & Placement, Inc., where they provided strategic direction for the firm's hiring projects across multiple disciplines in the healthcare sector.

Rosie Alvarez, SPHR, holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Ball State University. Rosie also received various graduate certificates from Villanova University, including Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, Lean Six Sigma, and Six Sigma Green Belt.

In terms of certifications, Rosie obtained the SHRM - SCP certification from SHRM in August 2015. Rosie also holds the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
