Shanica Robinson

Shanica Robinson has a diverse work experience spanning different companies. Shanica currently works as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer at Bazaarvoice since March 2022. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2022, they held multiple roles at Ascension, including Organizational Development & Learning Specialist and Organization Talent Effectiveness/Transformation Change Project Coordinator. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Seton Healthcare Family, where they held the position of Learning & Development Project Coordinator in Organizational Development and later served as an Executive Assistant to the CFO & SVP and President/CEO Insurance Services. Before that, from 2007 to 2011, they worked at Washington State University as an Assistant to the Associate Vice President of External Affairs, where they managed various tasks related to budgeting, project coordination, and administrative support.

Shanica Robinson obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from The Evergreen State College, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Shanica further pursued their education by completing a Masters of Arts and Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University College, attending from 2008 to 2010.
