Karina Rysberg Bay

Karina Rysberg Bay has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Karina Rysberg currently holds the position of Head of Content at Bazoom Group, a role they have held since February 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked as an Account Executive at Bazoom Group from August 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining the Bazoom Group, Karina worked at Holstebro Kommune for four years from August 2017 to August 2021. During their time there, they held the role of ESDH-Manager/Administrative employee.

Prior to their work at Holstebro Kommune, Karina gained experience in the hospitality industry. Karina Rysberg worked as a Waiter and Marketing Manager at Hotel Schaumburg from October 2015 to March 2017.

Karina's work experience also includes working as a Hairdresser at Obitsø Frisørsalon from June 2013 to October 2015 and at Søndergades Frisørsalon from November 2012 to March 2013.

Their earliest work experience was as a Hairdresser Trainee at Men's & Women's Cut, where they started in April 2009 and worked until November 2012.

Karina Rysberg Bay's education history starts in 2007 when they attended Holstebro Sports-College and pursued the Håndboldlinjen, focusing on handball. In 2008, they enrolled at Herningsholm Erhvervsskole and studied as a Frisørelev apprentice until 2012. Next, they attended VUC Holstebro from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained an HF degree, specializing in Mennesker og samfund (People and Society). From 2015 to 2017, they pursued an AP Graduate in administrative management at Erhvervsakademi Dania. Following this, they attended VIA University College in 2020, studying Method and Analysis in Social Science until 2021. In the same year, they enrolled at VIA University College again, this time in Management in Public Administration.
