Luka Dugi

Luka Dugi has a background in psychology and has held various HR positions in different companies. Currently working as a Senior HR Specialist at BB Agency, Luka has experience as a Human Resources/People & Culture Team Leader, HR Manager, HR Generalist, and Learning and Development Manager in previous roles. With a Master's Degree in Psychology, Luka has been involved in talent acquisition, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, HR policy creation, and implementation of HRIS systems. Luka has also managed learning and development initiatives, training evaluation, and education planning. Prior to HR roles, Luka worked as a Program Assistant, organizing workshops and projects related to child development.
