Deb Ethington

Deborah Ethington, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Human Resources Director at bb7 product development since March 2023. With extensive experience in human resources and training, Deborah has held significant roles, including Fitness Instructor at Sun Prairie Athletic Club since 1997, HRIS Benefits Consultant at Stoughton Trailers, LLC, and Human Resources Director at First Supply LLC. Deborah has also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner with MRA - The Management Association and as Human Resources Manager at Town Bank and Pechiney Plastic Packaging. Deborah's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources and Real Estate Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources, Economics, and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
