Simon Pryce

Simon Pryce has extensive work experience, starting as an Accountant at PwC in 1983. Simon then held various roles at Lazard & Co., Limited from 1988 to 1996, including Executive Director and Vice President. From 1996 to 1998, they worked as a Senior VP at J.P. Morgan. Pryce began their career at GKN plc in 1998, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Corporate Finance, CFO of GKN Automotive and GKN Driveline, and CEO of the Diversified Businesses Group. In 2007, they became the CEO of BBA Aviation plc, a position they held until 2017. Pryce served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ultra Electronics from 2018 to 2023. Simon also worked as a Non-Executive Director at ELECTROCOMPONENTS PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY from 2016 to 2023. Currently, Pryce serves as the Chief Executive of RS Group plc. Simon also has experience in various leadership roles at the University of Reading, including Council Member, Committee Member, and Chairman of the Investment Committee from 2015 to 2022.

Simon Pryce attended the University of Reading from 1980 to 1983, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Science. After completing their undergraduate studies, they joined PWC in 1983 and continued their education there until 1986. During this time, they obtained the ACA degree in Accountancy.
