Diane Mahoney

Diane Mahoney has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Diane is currently employed at BBB National Programs as the Director, HR Business Partner. Diane'sprevious role at BBB National Programs was as the Senior Manager, Talent Management & Employee Experience. In this role, Diane played a pivotal role in enhancing consumer trust and creating a better experience for consumers. Prior to their time at BBB National Programs, Diane worked at Deloitte where they held various positions. This includes their role as Manager, Leadership Development & Succession, where they managed and led the annual new PPMD meeting and delivered leadership development offerings to high-potential partners and C-Suite leaders. Diane also held the role of Senior Specialist, Partner Matters Wealth Management & Pre-Retirement at Deloitte. Before Deloitte, Diane worked at Sallie Mae where they held multiple positions, including Project Coordinator, Employee & Community Outreach Specialist, Training & Development Specialist, and Board Relations Specialist. Diane Mahoney earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from James Madison University in 2005. Diane then pursued an MBA in Business Administration from George Mason University's Costello College of Business, graduating in 2012. In 2004, Diane briefly studied Renaissance Art and Classic Literature at Villanova University.

Additionally, Diane Mahoney obtained several certifications. In 2023, they became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci and obtained an ACMP Member Badge from the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP Global). In 2022, they acquired expertise in HR Law from SkillPath and became a Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP) from the Human Capital Institute in January 2022.
