Gautam Rangarajan

Gautam Rangarajan is currently the Group Director of Strategy and Performance at BBC. He and his team are responsible for the BBC's thinking on the evolution of markets, audiences and technologies and help develop creative and practical ideas for how the BBC and its services should respond to these changes.

Gautam began his career at the BBC in 1993 as a producer for Radio 3, going on to make music programmes across radio and television before moving into policy and strategy development across the BBC.
