Shazia Tarafdar

Shazia Tarafdar is a seasoned Senior Software Test Engineer at BBC since April 2013, with experience as a Software Engineer in Test and Developer in Test for BBC Sounds and BBC iPlayer Web, respectively. Prior to this, Shazia worked as a Freelance Tester for BITE Consulting Group Ltd. in early 2013, and as a Test Consultant at Hi3G Access AB in Stockholm, focusing on end-to-end system integration testing within an agile framework from March 2011 to May 2012. Earlier experience includes a role as a System Engineer (Testing) at TCS e-Serve International Ltd. from December 2008 to May 2012, specializing in system integration testing. Shazia holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Visvesvaraya Technological University, completed in 2008.
