Courtney Fenton

Courtney Fenton has a diverse work experience starting in 2018 when they worked as a Research and Development Intern at The Nonwovens Institute. During this time, they gained expertise in various lab equipment and software. Courtney also worked as a Research and Development Engineer at CertainTeed Corporation, where they participated in plant trials and gained customer share. In 2019, Courtney worked as a Sales Representative at Palm Avenue, promoting a positive work environment and actively seeking personal learning opportunities. Courtney also worked as a Student Researcher at Gildan, collaborating on a project to develop cooling socks for athletes. In 2020, they became a Graduate Student Researcher at North Carolina State University and later completed a Lean Six Sigma course. In 2021, Courtney served as a Market Development Representative at The Wolf Organization. In 2022, they worked as an Inside Sales Representative at RateMyAgent. Currently, they are a Special Project Lead at Blood Bank Computer Systems, Inc., starting in 2023.
