Kath Fidler, SHRM-CP

Kath Fidler, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience. Kath is currently the VP and Head of People at BBDO Atlanta. Prior to this, they founded their own company, Fiddlesticks, LLC, in 2019. Kath also worked as the Human Resources Director at Floyd County Productions from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Look Listen, where they played a significant role in the company's growth and managed various HR functions across multiple offices. Kath also has experience as an Operations Manager at Center for Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy and Kraustudio. Kath has a background in art therapy, having worked as an Art Therapy Specialist at Life's WORC and as an intern at Lenox Hill Community Center and Queens Children's Psychiatric Center. Additionally, they have experience as a Family Room Specialist at Apple Retail. Kath has demonstrated proficiency in various HR activities, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and creating and managing HR programs and initiatives. Kath Fidler pursued their higher education at Syracuse University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Illustration. Following that, they attended New York University from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Art Therapy. Prior to their university education, Kath Fidler completed their high school education at West Morris Central from 2000 to 2004, earning a High School Degree with a concentration in Art.

In terms of certifications, Kath Fidler obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January 2019.
