Emma Hooks is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of People/HR at Seek AI since January 2025, Emma also holds the position of Head (VP) of People at Mayhem since April 2022, where responsibilities include spearheading organizational culture initiatives and providing strategic HR partnership to the executive team. Previous roles include Head of Talent Acquisition and People Success at Macrometa, Director of Talent Acquisition and Diversity Sourcing at PSEG, and leadership positions at Shutterstock, DigitalOcean, and Symantec. Emma holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth.
