Maciek Kozina's work experience includes various roles in the advertising industry. Maciek currently serves as the Creative Director Copy at BBDO Group Germany. Prior to this, they worked at VMLY&R as an ACD / cmd + c and also held the same role at dentsu Polska. During their time at dentsu Polska, they also served as the Deputy Creative Director and Creative Group Head. Before that, they worked as a Senior Copywriter at dentsu Polska and as a Columnist / Contributing Writer at VFP Communications Ltd. Sp. z o.o. Additionally, they have experience as a Concept Director / Copywriter at 180heartbeats + JUNG v. MATT and as a Creative (Concept / Copy) at dentsu Polska and Cheil Worldwide Inc. Maciek began their career as a Copywriter at Change Integrated and then worked as a Junior Copywriter at Draft FCB.
