Jason Rosario

Jason Rosario is currently the Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at BBDO. Prior to that, they were an Executive Producer & Host for Yahoo and also worked for Verizon Media as their Diversity & Inclusion Officer. Jason has been instrumental in developing and implementing a framework for the inaugural Inclusion Council with cross-functional representation including the Benefits, Communications, ERG, Legal, and Marketing teams. Jason has also partnered with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and business leaders to implement a “diversity sprint” focused on identifying and hiring underrepresented talent. Additionally, they led Global ERG coordination of monthly tent-pole programs including budget management and event production.

Jason Rosario has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from NYU Stern School of Business with a focus in real estate, finance, and leadership. Jason also has a Bachelor of Arts and a certificate in economics and portfolio management from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.
