Karla Gray Mayers

Karla Gray Mayers is currently serving as the Principal at Gray-Mayers D&I Consultants since January 2020. Before that, they held the position of Executive Vice President and Director of Supplier Diversity at BBDO since June 2007. Prior to BBDO, Karla worked as the Diversity/Supplier Diversity Manager at the United States Tennis Association (USTA) from 2005 to 2006. Karla also served as the Quality Control Supervisor at Major League Baseball from 2001 to 2005 and as an Associate Buyer at the NBA Store, a division of the National Basketball Association (NBA), from 1999 to 2001. Karla started their career as an Assistant Buyer at Lord & Taylor from March 1997 to December 1999.

Karla Gray Mayers obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from St. John's University between 1991 and 1995.
