Dirk Vermeiren

Dirk Vermeiren has a diverse work experience. Dirk started their career at Deloitte in 1990 and worked as an Audit Manager responsible for external audits in various sectors. Dirk then joined Antwerps Beroepskrediet in 2003 as a Consultant to the Management Committee. In 2005, they joined Byblos Bank Europe S.A. as an Internal Auditor before becoming the Financial Manager and Director in 2009. Dirk Vermeiren's work experience spans over 30 years and includes roles in auditing, consulting, and financial management.

Dirk Vermeiren obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Sint Henricus High School from 1977 to 1983. Dirk then pursued a Master's degree in Applied Economics at the University of Antwerp from 1983 to 1989. Additionally, in November 2023, they obtained a certification in the Bronze Phish Level - Basics of Cyber Resilience from Phished institution.
