Jakob Gronkjaer

Jakob Gronkjaer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and photography. As the Company Secretary at BBGI Global Infrastructure SA since June 2018, Jakob has played a key role in steering corporate governance standards. Prior to this, Jakob served in various assistant company secretary positions in esteemed organizations like ConvaTec and RB, where responsibilities included managing corporate governance processes, share option schemes, and annual reporting. Additionally, as the owner of Danish Apple Photography since July 2011, Jakob specializes in wedding and corporate photography and has established a notable reputation as an award-winning photographer and speaker. Educational qualifications include the International Qualifying Scheme from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and a combined Law LPC and BA Honours Degree from De Montfort University.
