Jaana Törmä serves as the Head of Sales & Marketing Technologies at Luxid since August 2021, overseeing a marketing technology team of 15 and managing key customer success initiatives. In parallel, Jaana holds the position of Head of Martech Operations at BBN, providing leadership in marketing technology strategies. Previous experience includes roles at Sanoma Media Finland focusing on marketing automation and customer communications, as well as a Digital Marketing Specialist role at Vaisala where expertise in Eloqua marketing automation was developed. Jaana's career also features a marketing trainee position at IBM and significant contributions to B2B sales and brand management across various organizations. Jaana has earned a Master’s Degree in International Business from the University of Turku and a Specialist vocational qualification in Leadership and Business Management.
