Pavel Marek has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Pavel started their career at ABB Lummus as a Project Engineer from 1989 to 1992. Pavel then joined S&K reklamní agentura as a Sales Director from 1992 to 1994. After that, they became the Co-owner of SELMA, spol. s r.o., a trading company focused on international business opportunities, from 1993 onwards.

In 1994, Pavel Marek became the Managing Director at MARCO BBN Czech Republic, an integrated communication agency providing creative and strategic marketing services. Pavel held this role for several years until 2001 when they took on the position of Managing Director at BBN Prague, representing BBN in the Czech Republic.

In 2017, Pavel Marek joined Grow Czech as a Board Member. The company aims to maximize the potential of modern marketing solutions, with a focus on utilizing tools from the Oracle CX family. Pavel'stime at Grow Czech lasted until November 2021.

Throughout their career, Pavel Marek has demonstrated their expertise in managing and leading teams, as well as their knowledge of Central and Eastern European markets.

Pavel Marek pursued their education starting from 1984 to 1989 at Brno University of Technology, where they obtained a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering. In 1991 and 1992, they attended Llandrillo College, focusing on Team Leading, Planning, Crisis Management, and Communication Skills, although they did not obtain a degree in this field. Additionally, Pavel received certifications such as the Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud Service 2018 Sales Specialist from Oracle in April 2018 and the SALESmanago Marketing Automation Specialist from Benhauer in March 2015.
