Erin Kennedy Ryan

Erin Kennedy Ryan has extensive work experience in the legal field, with a focus on corporate counsel and attorney roles. Erin began their career in 2003 at McMaster-Carr, where they participated in the Management Development Program. In 2009, they served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Carol A. Doyle at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Erin joined Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates in 2010 as an Attorney, and later transitioned to Sherwin-Williams in 2015, where they worked as a Corporate Counsel and then as a Senior Counsel. Most recently, Erin joined BBQGuys in 2022 and currently holds the position of Chief Legal & People Officer.
