Taylor Nondorf has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career at Five Star Corn Detasseling as a Clean-Up Crew member from 2011 to 2013. Later, they worked at McDonald's as a Crew Member, primarily focusing on customer service, from 2014 to 2017.

In 2019, Taylor joined MetroArts Detroit, where they initially worked as an Associate Producer and then as a Senior Associate Producer for Season 9. They were responsible for producing segments for multiple episodes.

From 2017 to 2021, Taylor worked at Wayne State University, first as a Media Arts Equipment Room Employee and then as a Production Assistant and University Television Intern.
