Veronica Benavides

Veronica Benavides has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Veronica'smost recent position is as the Director of Business Strategy and Execution at BBVA en Perú, a role they began in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at TD where they held multiple managerial roles, including Manager of Real Estate Secured and Unsecured Lending and Manager of Market Planning and One TD strategy. Veronica also completed the Graduate Leadership Program at TD Insurance and held positions at Manulife Asset Management, Inteligo - Intercorp Group, Scotiabank, Interseguro Compañía de Seguros, and Banco Financiero del Perú. Veronica Benavides has a diverse education history. Veronica completed an MBA at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 2014 to 2016. In 2002, they attended the University of Cambridge for an International Summer School in English Literature. In 2001, they studied English at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. In 2015, they participated in a Summer Program at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management in China. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de Lima and has studied Humanities/Humanistic Studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
